What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
What does the order process look like?
We are happy to assist in estimating your project to ensure your budget is where it needs to be.
We require a deposit before we can start start design or production (a purchase order is okay for pre-approved customers.)
We will email an artwork proof for you to review to make sure the finished design is everything you had hoped for.
Once the artwork is approved, we can begin production on your order.
We will contact you when your order is ready for pickup or installation.
How quickly can I get my order?
Completion time depends on the type of signage. Most orders are finished within 2-3 business days once we have the artwork approved and deposit. More complex projects such as monuments, ADA signs, and channel letter signs can take up to 3-4 weeks depending on city permitting, materials and install openings.
I need my order quickly; can you rush it?
In some cases, we can rush simple orders to you within 24-48 hours. A service fee will be added for this. Be sure to speak with us to see if we can make this happen for you!
